The North Upper Truckee neighborhood showed a decline in most of the real estate categories that we follow when comparing the first quarter of 2020 to 2019. The number of sales decreased and so did the median and average sale prices. The average dollar per square foot decreased but the average list to sale price increased slightly. The average time on the market increased in 2020 and the month supply of homes is increasing as well.
