When comparing the real estate market trends from the second quarter of 2020 to the second quarter of 2019 in the Pioneer Trail neighborhood we see that the number of sales went up slightly as did the average and median selling price. However, the average dollar per square foot went down slightly. The average list to sale price ratio went up in 2020 and so did the average time on the market.
